Security, Inc. (OTS), a full service security guard and private investigative
agency. The strategic alliance was formed to revitalize MSSI's technology
division, which offers IT consulting and IT staffing services, as well as
homeland security products.
Established in 1999, OTS provides security service and technology products
to government and commercial clients. The company is certified through the
Maryland Department of Transportation, the SBA 8(a) program, and is a General
Services Administration (GSA) schedule contractor. Among the company's
