Also if you look at the increase in the outstanding mostly went to insiders who cannot sell, Kay and board member Anis Sherali, so once again you are wrong, the least the guys could do is get paid in shares, how is that a big deal, the jump in outstanding was not that big a deal, it was something we should have expected after a merger, the insiders need to take control.

Stop trying to make a mountain out of a mole. You are the only one doing that on the ECDC board personally I think you are shorting the stock. One thing you need to know is there is nothing you bring up we cannot get confirmation from the company, as you have seen in the past, this is not one of those pinky that flim flam stock
