if the BK cancelled by the judge (not withdrawn by PL) on the grounds that PL has no legality to file it then that should be viewed beyond just BK dropping. Because that automatically means that SL and his side of the other board members will become majority in the board. So the company will fall into the hands of SL and he will calcell the AS increase etc. So pps shall move beyond the pre BK levels, ie well above 0.03. for the same reason of assuming the leadership role and the patents in XMDC's name, there is no way SL can walk away from the APA.
