This was the contract that got them out of the GPS business and into the RFID business. It was a 5 year contract to deliver first Navigation devices to West Africa. The deal from my understanding was secured by a LC from a bank in Nigeria backed by Citibank. the LC was pulled when the economy collapse that's when they went downhill. My research showed revenue of $1.1ml in 2008 before economy collapse. Kay is a open guy will give us everything we need.
