At the moment, MLXO is pinksheet so imo volume will always

alternate between high and low. High volume could occur on good news, rumors of good news, or short term trading.

Exceptions would be if:

- the price were in triple zeros but it's in double zeros.
- the company released more pump and dump type news about what might happen to change business operations. Management prefers not to issue fluff news.
