It's a settlement, you don't get exactly what you want if you have to settle. If we get shares, obviously it won't be a 1:1 exchange. Only way we get the immediate payout a lot of you guys are touting is if we don't settle and go through the long hard battle in the courts (and that's taking into account a decision in wamu's favor)
