Means nothing until the trading day starts. Bid and asks always change wacko after hours. If you are interested in buying shares, just set your price above the ask at opening bell. The ask at closing was 0012 unless it gaps. I am putting in a buy order a.m. for 0016 to be sure it fills. Do whatever you are comfortable with.
