Yea, but at this point in time, the Govt-Buys acquisition has not been consumated; arne has missed the first installment payment; thus, no acquisition yet. Contracts currently belong to Government-Buys. Brock is not going to give the company to arne. There is only an agreement for arne to acquire Govt_Buys. Years before arne was telling shareholders about his subsidiaries; but as one sees there are no subsidiaries.

I have worked with many SEC filings and what arne is feeding shareholders is BS. \

At no time does ol arne talk about the FINANCING; because he does not have it.
