I dont think its shorts causing the channel here. I think its part dilution which was outlined in the PR and is ok provided they get something done and some retail exiting around .0009 neither is real heavy or bad. The bottom line here now as in the past is going to be how the fins look. When we get an update on the YA payoff (Cornell doesnt exist anymore) and its completion. Continued development and increases in contracts with the VA. If all this can be accomplished and put out to investors then we will see a dramatic climb in PPS. This can trade well above .01 but Arnie needs to get updates out and follow through on the updates to drive the PPS.
