thinking it has happened is flawed logic. we all know if they filed the paperwork, they would put out a PR letting the world know.

They havent.. and they havent. That's a FACT, whether you'd like to acknowledge it or otherwise.

Nic Cons needs any positive press he can get right now after the disasters he made in 2010-2011. His reputation is synonymous with toilet.
