I'm not sure why we partnered with this company. It seems they don't bring much to the table. TChauncy(Corstat) have you had a chance to do any investigating into this deal. I know the money is their if they execute the PP but where's the expertise? Couldn't we have done this ourselves and had the same delution or was it that our share price was too low at the time. I'm confused. From the outside this seems like a desperate act to raise funds but I'm far from an expert.
