I agree Cheech, but this is far from over IMO.

There is a tentative settlement in a place where the parties agree on the form, but I can't see how the heavily disputed and hidden asset list is suddenly something that both debtor and EC can agree on right now.

We're all weary of BR and his crooked tactics...and odds are he will try to shaft equity once more, even within the course of settlement discussions.

The optimist in me hopes that the true value of the assets robbed are convened upon, and that the reorganized company will be a shell in which assets will be returned incognito, to allow JPM, FDIC and fellow crooks to get away unscathed. We shall see!
