I think the comment was referring to CGSY and not GCPivotal LLC. Najafi will still control approximately 60 percent of the "empty, worthless" shell once the BK proceedings conclude, right?
And, if so, then he is, indeed, in the same boat currently known as and unofficially titled as "The Empty, Worthless Shell Known As CGSY", just like the rest of us, right?
