IMO Najafi is in the same boat we are until the BK court fully releases CGSY in Aug. Your thoughts???

Not exactly...Najafi owns 100% of a GCPivotal LLC, a going private business, and you own a piece of an empty shell with no business whatsoever. Table scraps.
