Fish, me too but it better be a premium that satisfies pre seizure shareholders. This is the way it works with these idiots everyday but they just poked in the wrong place with the wrong people this time and now they are going to have to give fair price. I predict J.P. Morgan buys new company for tax loss purposes but more importantly obtains releases they so desperately need. They have the money from the GSA for starters now they just need to add to it. It will be made to spin in the press as if it were a completed business deal with Washington Mutual with no addmission of any wrongdoing. IMO...
