I have Dustins answers to your questions. However im not posting them,I will just let you all know that Dustins long term goals aren't for short term investors. With that said, there are thousands of companys publicly traded that they can take tour pick from, if they are in such a rush for a quick buck. Rome wasn't built in a day but after the finish product no one remembers the work and sacrifices that were made.
