good question. anyone out there more familiar with how the OTC runs things? I have no clue why certain filings change from active to inactive...could be as simple as a formal expiration date or something however you'd think the 5/13/11 Attorney letter wouldn't have gone stale already. thank you in advance to anyone that has more information regarding this issue.
