I found this on the UK court web site

HC04C01952 IHC 198/05 Nokia Corporation v Interdigital Technology Corporation 13 05 05 ½ hr Application Settled

Please note this means ONLY that what ever the parties met in court about on Friday 13th was about has been settled.

However something has been settled
