Uh Your Honor certain tax professionals I mean "All" of them have said we need to keep the common equity in the new WWMRC because of the tax atrtributes.

Translation: That means commons have retain 50.1% of ownership in WMMRC. "old and cold"

We have approx 16 Billion in Nol's Left and 26Billion Capital Stock Loss on WMB that Rosen may give away to the creditors and preferreds.
