It might be a good idea to try to think of the stock purchase pr from a different perspective. there has not been a purchase from every officer or director associated with the company. is it possible that they were all payed the back salary and fees to which they were intitled. some decided that they could make an investment back into the company which would both help the company and the investors by drawing attention. the other's may have had financial obligations that kept them from buying at this time. given that senario, they will have to pay taxes as ordinary income on the money the recieved. did they purchase stock = yes. if you will notice they also bought at the mkt price on that particular day not the discount that the 144 shares usually recieve. i personally think what they did was best for the company and the shareholders.

everyone have a merry Christmas -------------dutch
