Hey Troy, I agree with you. The PR was straightforward and written to convey the message that the insiders opened their wallets and purchased stock. I could justify this as 'almost' the whole truth if they (management) were offered cash as an alternative to the stock. If their only option to get paid was through this stock deal, then I would have to agree that the PR is a bit shady. However, if they chose stock instead of cash at that particular moment in time, the PR is worded fine. I do not know which is the case, but nevertheless, my excitement over the upcoming NEWS greatly outweighs my concern for this matter.
I'll be looking forward to your comments after the 'numbers' are announced.
