TweakDun? I have been using this for a couple of years with dial-up, and now am blessed with DSL. Does anyone know if this was intended for DSL? I can't tell from the information I could find.
http://www.pattersondesigns.com/tweakdun/ It had increased my download speed from around 3.0K to 4.3K which seemed big. I'm thinking I can un-install it.
