Firm base at .0007, news or hint of news and this puppy sky rockets. Its is what it is. 176 million traded in 1 day last week with 106 million short shares. Hmmmmmmm

Favorable SS, Large Short position, Huge potential (Obama fleet initiative) 100's of million in revenues, r/s, b/o, contract potentials, .15 less than a year ago with (350 m o/s, not much more than that today), patent pending technology (game changer in fuel economy) much more competitively priced than buying hybrids, electric cars, and compeition in its own space.

Worth multi penny for the intellectual property alone. Now its a game of stalemate and chicken... Sooner or latter this puppy is going to be priced where it belongs well above a penny....
