This company is a prime candidate for a merger or takeover IMO

You need to research the company more. It's a pseudo-distributor/marketer for a product put out by a private company. That's all.

A product, btw, that has never sold.

If anything is going to be bought or merged with, it would be InoHealth. Not INOL.
