Since we should know the arb/settlement news soon,my interest is how the"street" will value our company.The extreme short term bias the market now exhibits is not good in establishing an evaluation of a company of our size and trading volume. I still believe that consolidation will be the name of the game in wireless and that our value to a competitor is probably a more accurate way of establishing our price than traditional analyst methods. Our business model is somewhat unique in that our cash flow and net cash position should be extremely attractive to a competitor who would not have to carry the cost side.Our portfolio of patents and current licenses must look awfully good to someone either looking to enter the wireless market or to those wishing to strengthen their position-Bill Gates if you're not just pimping Steve Jobs, then take a look. I believe in order to enhance shareholder value that the company should put out feelers to see what we are worth in the market,rather than letting our share price be dictated by short sighted manipulators.
