Do not be surprised to see a turnabout from Rosie!
Rosie is in a terrible position (wonderful) and I certainly hope NOBODY here comes down with Stockholm Syndrome. Keep in mind that I think it is obvious now that Susman has the goods on the Hedgies and the Hedgies are so inbred that they have the goods on Rosie, JPM and the FDIC. With that said, it could be that if Rosie does not comply with what Susman wants, we can destroy Weasel/Gotcha/ Mangle with bankruptcy fraud, non compliance with ethical duty, failure of fiduciary responsibility to the Estate, obvious conflicts (Judge-do you know what this means) of interest and so much more.
This is where it gets interesting. Rosie goes to JPM and tells them they have to settle and JPM, being their usual self tells Rosie where to go and they become involved in major rhubarb. JPM has the goods on the Hedgies, the Hedgies have the goods on JPM and Rosie, however Equity has the upper hand because we know the criminals are not going to jail for ANYBODY and losing their standing in society, losing their business and not to mention their wealth. Now Susman threatens Rosie and his firm and effective with the Hedgies now working with Equity, Rosie has cornered himself because I have no doubt since JPM “eats their own” they would destroy him in a heartbeat. This is the position I had hoped for. Now what does Rosie do? Does he continue to work with JPM, thus risked being destroyed by Susman or does Rosie go against JPM?
I have no doubts that Susman wants control of the Estate and Rosie will fight all the way to the jail cell to keep that from happening. Ladies and Gentlemen, the show has started and I hope you all have your seats with your seats belts securely fastened as we are about to see the Mother of all Estate battles if the criminals are that stupid to take us to that destination. Equity will not only be driving if this is not totally settled, we will be on to the mega billions that Susman has thirsted for so long. I know many of you will think I have lost my mind but I think it is entirely possible that Rosie by default has to turn back and work with Equity to avoid prison, loss of standing in society, loss of business and his professional license. What a GREAT beginning to my week and we are very fortunate to be in such a sweet spot. Good luck to ALL and TURN THOSE MACHINES BACK ON!!!
