I have just come to final terms with the company to act as IR awareness consultant to RTG Ventures. My focus will be to help the company grow long shareholder value as well as attract new traders to the stock. I will officially begin on 05/23/11. I have received no compensation to date. All my work to this point has been that of a shareholder trying to help. I will continue to do a great deal of work on behalf of the shareholders/company with no charges. Compensation will be in cash for a portion of my work.
I hope to help make my position purchased in the open market over many months worth a great deal of money

I will remain impartial. If I ever believe I can no longer be impartial I will step down. I would only consider taking a position like this for either a well established company or a company like RTG. RTG has tremendous upside potential IMO.I believe they have a good chance to make that potential come to fruition. These opinions were formed after many months of extensive DD. Also after applying what I have learned from previous companies I owned. RTG has also impressed me as a company that cares about its long shareholders. The ones that have invested in them. If I did not believe that I would not take the job. It will be a month to month assignment. I hope to make it long term and grow with the company.

I will have an official disclaimer in place by Monday. I have been working on one for several days anticipating we would agree to terms.
