I am not going to argue the semantics of full control, as opposed to equity in, as opposed to shares(which is equity).
I have been here long enough to know that BR's little statement that "Nothings official" should be enough to give everyone here pause.

Plan accordingly. It amazes me that noone has bothered to mention how good we all felt before BR dropped the bomb 3/12... for all the great brains here touting that the "regurgetated" story is fact and not looking to what is precedent in this case.

My only issue to date was people pulling people in with the we get it all rhetoric since the beginning of this BK has in all likelyhood cost many more people money than the theft did IMO.

It will take many days to run this thing up and more solid news and proof to make these $1.00 and $2.00 predictions come true. On the flip side if BR opens his mouth one time and says negotiations have broken down we will be right back here in less than half a trading day and you longs know it.

Be realists Don we have talked about this and ou know my point i would hope.
