I agree that this will be settled this month and the details may take a little longer. But the good news is that the stock is going To go ballistic (look what an hour of trading did on Friday) when the new deal is confirmed. I also expect panic buying on the commons because their just aren't enough stock in the float available to cover naked shorting. between the momentum and the panic buying I wouldn't be surprised to see this stock at over a dollar by months end.
