Why would you issue more shares to get the PPS to rise? Supply and demand. The high PPS number is really what has held this company back for years. I have watched ADGI/GTEL dilute the sharebase by 5X. That alone naturally keeps the share price down. It was done for very good reasons but if the O/S was 250M, not 1 billion the stock would have hit $1.44 this year.

What will drive this stock up is the fact that a high number of shares are held by the company insiders and that decreases the effective float. More buyers & less shares = higher PPS. The last thing we want to continue to issue stock.
