He does indeed, but he does NOT know how to run a business or gain value for investors!!
My brother and I have been following Gary's various scams for two or three years, and we both believe that it is wrong for him to cheat hard-working people out of their money.
First we followed him from ABV Gold, to Pharmacom Biovet, which is when littlebrother and I started researching Gary's shennanigans. The Pharmacom scam went from trading billions of shares per day to no trades at all, and investors were unable to sell shares.
Then Pharmacom was listed as a subsidiary of a company whose symbol was TSHL (this company disappeared and became a different scam). Next Pharmacom was associated with LyfeTec, Inc. That association also faded away.
In July, 2010 (see Form 8-k, dated September 21, 2009) the name on the corporate papers in Nevada was changed from Pharmacom to Flanagan & Associates, LTD, but Pharmacom still owes $11,175 in fees. Gary also had a corporation, also in Nevada and now dissolved, called PHARMACOM BIOVET CANCER CENTERS, LTD.
Then he "bought out" Nexxnow, which was already a scam when he bought it. In the 8-k SEC filing for the NEXXNOW "buyout," Gary provided the following biography to Business Week: "Mr. Gary S. Berthold has been the Chief Executive Officer of Inolife Technologies, Inc. (Formerly, NexxNow Inc.) since 2009 and serves as its President. Mr. Berthold served as Chief Financial Officer of Inolife Technologies, Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of PharmaCom Biovet Inc. (alternate name PharmaCom BioVet Cancer Centers, Ltd) until December 12, 2009 and as its Chairman from August 2008 to December 12, 2009. Since 2006, he had been the ... Manager-Member of several companies involved in veterinary research: PharmaCom BioVet, Inc., InoVet Ltd., and PharmaCom BioVet , LLC. Since 2004, Mr. Berthold has also owned a Haulmark Motor Home dealership that he represents at AKC dog shows. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Berthold Co-Owned a software development company involved in the home automation industry. From 2004 to 2006, he also served as manufacturer's rep for several pet food and pet supply companies. Since 2000, he has owned and managed a series of retail pet stores. Mr. Berthold has been Director of Inolife Technologies, Inc. since 2009. He served as Director of PharmaCom Biovet Inc. until December 12, 2009." Here is the URL:

Although I have never been able to find any record of Gary's association with Haulmark, I was able to confirm some of the other businesses. He is associated with three businesses in Florida: SEASIDE AQUARIUM & PET, INC., DIRECT 2 RESPONSE, INC., and LIFE ALERT SYSTEMS, INC. Two of these companies are dissolved and, of all people, Wayne Wiggins is also listed as an officer in the Direct2 Response corporation -- and Mr. Wiggins has his own lenthy list of dissolved and failed businesses in Florida.
See for yourself! Here is the URL for Florida's Secretary of State office:

He is associated with three businesses in North Carolina: Animal Zone, LLC, Sutana Ltd., and HomeLife Tek, Inc. All of these are dissolved. Here is the URL for the first two businesses:

All of the companies that he claimed to have owned appear to have been lies, business failures, or scams. If I counted correctly, there have been at least 13 businesses, all of which are defunct, since 1998.
As far as I can tell, there are only two active businesses associated with Gary and Sharon Berthold. They are in incorporated in Delaware, which charges a fee for status or other corporate information. Here is a link:

The consequences of ignoring this business history are that uneducated investors will repeat the mistakes of previous investors, and their hard-earned money will fly away like smoke in the wind.
