not sure if it has been mentioned, but when ask Tim did talke about educating insurance companies about the housing, can you imagine the money that can be saved if the insurance company sugested to the client that rebuilding with a centiuum can provide extra security to the family and could save money on insurance cost. also if they have the solar panels in the roof they can save on heating cost and may qualify for tax incentives.
