yes the CC was good, and i just saw this summary post

MSMY LIVE CONFERENCE SUMMARY:

CEO Tim Algier & US Ambassador Lewis Lucke were both on this Conference call and worked it very informal like a Q&A to inform the investors of what is going on with their company. That was very refreshing considering these days in the OTC Market to hear how the company is doing.

The important Key elements

Tim spoke about the background of MC ENDEAVORS, Inc. and what it does with the National Disaster in helping to rebuild and why it is important to build a strong home with the technology we have today.

He introduced US Ambassador Lucke. Ambassador Lucke is in Haiti right now helping and getting to know the people and their needs for re-building their country.

The first factory in Haiti could be up and operational soon for helping with the relief in their county to rebuild after the earthquake.

Rubble clean up is very important for construction to be able to start

600,000 to 800,000 are living in tents right now in Haiti.

A need for 600,000 plus new nomes were needed in Haiti

$100 million from the American Red Cross is set aside for Haiti, 3/4 of that being for housing.

$10 million from the Bill Clinton Foundation is set aside for Haiti

The first prototype homes will put up in about 90 to 120 days from now which will lead to 10,000 units at a crunch with more to come. (Tim used the word crunch)

In the 2nd Quarter of 2012, the first factory may be up in Japan.
Their Patents are protected & good for up to 10 to 12 years at a time, but if anyone would like to help in the efforts, they would be opened to listen for future partnership worldwide.

They plan on making videos of their buildings being tested on the earthquake shaker table so people can view how they can sustain a disaster.

He reconfirmed that they are in talks in China, Japan, S. Korea, New Zealand, the Pacific Rim of Fire Islands, Chile, Mexico, and Haiti as he discussed in his StockGoodies interview.

The efforts of rebuilding would be training the local people, but Tim found it a very good idea to recruit the Peace Corp or other volunteer organizations to help with the relief effort as suggested by a listener.

All in All, as usual, Ceo Tim Algier is a very knowledgeable person about his company and cares for their investors well being.

A replay of the conference call will be available after 48 hours on their website, Great to listen to if you have not already:

Tim also talked about with the technology these days, We should be able to build a stronger home at the same cost

He said they build on footing's not a slab to absorb up to a 8.8 earthquake. They have simulated a 7.2 with success

Their re-build efforts are going to be done with the help of local residence from Haiti

Ambassador Lucke mentioned they are set aside from the others because they use 2 by 2 steel tubing vs wood and they are climate control strong.

New President Michael Martelly will give Haiti stability and the possibilities of freeing up the money flow in Haiti to help the process get started.

A factory is now in Wyoming USA manufacturing these homes, in fact there have been construction these communities in Wyoming, Montana and Florida in the USA for years. There has been proof that during Hrricane Andrew that these homes was able to withstand the forces of the hurricane winds compared to those that were built from typical wood framing and drywall etc.

Japan has an estimated $100 billion of reconstruction that will be needed.

Plan is to set up factories in locations of the world that these communities are to be built.
