the biggest piece to the puzzle is going to be those add'l 66mil shares...it could be the difference between 5.00 per share or .10 per share. if they are wrapped up in a financing deal and restricted and wont come off restriction for over a year then we are golden and I can see the potential for an uplist to bigger and better boards...if they are freely trading and sold on the open market by the company to raise cash then we could be in for a rough road (depending on what business they have going forward). I would have to say the more likely scenario would be using the add'l shares to back notes they issue and they would be restricted...less toxic form of financing and the most common.
