Noah bought some of the assets but not all as I see it. Some of the assets included office equipment old computers, some microsoft licenses I believe!

A shell with NOLs, licenses, rights to repeater stations, maybe some contracts with providers, and satellite in storage, would still be in place right? We should have a 1Worldspace monthly financial report on the 21 of May.

I believe the 1Worldspace platform will be something Malone spins his Satellite Systems (or whatever he calls it) to.
