With all the speculation going on I would like to bring up (or have clarified) a few items.

1. Noah S bought the ASSETS of 1worldpace for 5.5 million bucks. He did not purchase the company. Did this include all of the licenses for broadcasting?

2. We still don't know what Liberty would like to do with 1worldspace. That's even if they are involved or not at this point. We specualte they are.

3. If/When 1worldspace comes out of bankruptcy, this will be a clean shell with NOL's attached. Is that it?
