I bet that...

the asks at .0009 and .0010 are short sellers... shaking in their boots!!!!

Break .0019 then off to .004. Break that then on to pennyland..

This can all happen in hours of a single trading session!!

Make the shorts payup well into pennyland...

They have benefit since the fall by driving the company's shareprice down...
