I suspect the shares you are discussing were actually sold by or for the extended Casavant family and friends who had been previously listed as holding the original claim holdings . Urban was living from week to week back in the fall of 2003 and was paying for the option agreements with Walker in dribbles of a cheque here and there. He was peddling shares to who-ever would buy them to keep the ball rolling at that time . I know for a fact that many of the Casavant extended family members were having major financial problems due to investing in Urban's scheme at that time . But things have certainly changed in the last year and many seem to be out of their previous financial mess. I'd guess that a great deal more shares were passed around then originally provided in the previous agreement since the share price was much higher at that time. The amount of shares that they previously received wasn't a great deal when the share price continued to fall to the $.0001 level. So it seems that somebody managed to divy up additional shares to the above group.
