With Q1 report coming out next Monday. Can someone enlighten me what kind of effect are we expecting to see on the stock price?

Is the price right now 'high' because people are expecting a much improved revenue report, and if it falls short on Monday then stock price's gonna drop big time? I really don't know what I'm talking about, why don't you guys enlighten me. :D
