anyone that has tried to restructure debt these days, whether it be personal or business, knows the lenders have us by the balls. after the mortgage crisis in 2007/2008 the pendelum has swung so far to the other side that it is virtually impossible to get money out of most financial institutions these days. the only people they are lending to are the ones that really don't even need it. revolving rates have hit all time highs of near 30%. these guys, with their experience, can make a killing right now. i'm very optimistic about their chances to turn a real good profit here...feeling lucky to be in prior to r/s and more after at .05. also it's nice to see an intellegent board here and good rational discussions.
