No one has to prove anything to anyone.

The facts are that the website you yourself posted does NOT address who the officers or directors are. So, I don't know what the purpose of posting it was.

The Jan pr just mentions plans with regards to their replacement. But it does not state they HAVE BEEN replaced, nor has there ever been a follow up pr announcng new officers.

So, what do you have with regards to who the officers and directors of the company are? Past filings and what OTCMarkets shows.

Rather than constantly asking posters who the new officers might be, just call the company and ask. You're a shareholder. I think you're entitled to know who is running your company.
