As long as they establish the fact that they normally accomplish what they say they intend to do then all is well. I agree that we could see a spike and fall if the deal is just "in the works". But we first must get more details on the deal before we predict what will happen. It could be big enough that she holds the gains from a LOI or something like that. We have no reasons to doubt Jeff at this point.
