"what he's doing for me NOW"- one current example is the LTCP and other excessive compensation policies that HC has promulgated and effected resulting in extraordinary benefit to himself (and his cronies) is more than enough damage for NOW, the PAST, and well into the FUTURE, since you asked.

I have previously listed many other detrimental CURRENT polices of this BoD under HC's leadership (e.g. tolerance for executive incompetence, performance targets that are obviously not aligned with shareholders, etc., etc.), which I will not fully repeat here.

WRT to HC's loan to the company, IMO your "he deserves what he got" view of a RELATED PARTY INSIDER PERSONAL FINANCIAL TRANSACTION involving an ostensibly "independent" director and a public company is, well, careless to say the least.
