That's just it, there are no details... How can they expect shareholders to make informed decisions when they provide no details...

Who is this person that will monitor their spending and how do we know he/she knows anything about business.. Just because someone has 1mil doesn't mean they are smart..

They need to provide details other than just saying we received a million dollars...

BOD?? are you referring to board of directors? What BOD?
