All I know is Charles A. Cardona stripped ADZR of some of its technology to use for another company.

Charles filed for Chapter 7 awhile back after being sued. Could not understand why brother John couldn't employ him in his company to avoid bankruptcy. SURPRISE! Charles got a job with John after the Chapter 7 was over.
