How has this Remco Westermann guy been attached as the CEO of Ticker Communications?? He seems to be affiliated with an organization called Bob Mobile and has a controlling interest in the company. Is this a case of sabotage on his part? Is the author of the article in on it as well??

Bob Mobile: Headquartered in Straelen Bob Mobile is a provider of mobile services like ringtones, wallpapers, logos and mobile phone software in Germany.

Whatever is going on, it needs to be dealt with expeditiously and communications need to be made with the shareholders immediately.
