Whats been going on lately is you recieve an email with a link. When you go to that link it puts a worm on your puter that downloads your address book and email login name/password...then it moves it to an off site server that starts doing the same to everyone on your email list.

The way to stop it is to change your password and take the auto log in off for a while...it will stop after about a week.

In my spam filter I had to put block everything with pharmacy in it....then unless you know who the sender is don't open the email.
