I don't think it is a waste of my time to warn potential investors.

I look at it as a public service especially after following Gary and Sharon for more than 2 years.(3 years in June this year)

I know as an investor, I would like to know all about a Conman Executive Officer and all the past companies he/she have been involved with over the years, wouldn't you?

Anybody that feels like when they notified the SEC wasn't enough, another place where a complaint can be filed is with Roy Cooper in North Carolina. Roy Cooper is already doing an investigation into a "company" incorporated in NC that was mentioned in a PR by Jeffrey Smuda of CTCC. Jeffrey Smuda is the one that took over pharmaCON, Gary and Sharon's last "company."
