hweb, I had the same problem trying to figure out the earnings report. The $125 mil debt that you refer to was just cut by $29 mil without any dilution to shareholders and that is why the gain today.

The cash flow positive statement threw me too. But this was their guidance. Total revs=$79 mil. cost of sales= $13 mil and operating exp= $47 mil for a net of $19 mil. With 27.89 mil shares outstanding would be earnings of 68 cents. A PE of 15= $10.2 and a PE of 20= $13.62. Seems cheap to me at $3.50. If VPHM can take out the old high of $3.52 tomorrow convincingly, it could have another nice Boosh.
