I noticed this one after they reported those gaudy numbers last week. Couldn't make sense of the results/guidance so I passed. Looks like I missed out on a 50%+ gain.

Couldn't tell how many 1-time items benefitted last quarter's results. Looks like gains of $6M and $3.6M? After that monster quarter, why is 2005 guidance only to be cash flow positive? Also didn't understand how they were suddenly able to exlude the $9M-$10.5M in royalty payments to Eli Lilly from 2005 guidance?

Even though they have a large cash position, the tangible shareholders' deficit is a scary ($125M).
